FHA’S Streamline (K) Loan and Energy Efficient Mortgages: Go to www.hud.gov/buying/loans.cfm click
on “want a fixer upper” for streamline 203k loans and “want to make your
home more energy efficient” for
energy efficient mortgages EEM. Many of the energy upgrades also qualify for
federal tax credits.
Keystone help loan: Unsecured loans up to $10,000 specifically for energy
improvements. Available only to Pennsylvania residents www.keystonehelp.com

will show you eligible improvements that offer tax credits from $50 to
