FHA’S Streamline (K) Loan and Energy Efficient Mortgages: Go to www.hud.gov/buying/loans.cfm click on “want a fixer upper” for streamline 203k loans and “want to make your home more energy efficient” for energy efficient mortgages EEM. Many of the energy upgrades also qualify for federal tax credits.

Tax information
